Because you are joining from your home, there is no need to worry about your experience. We will help you along the way!

We’ll make sure you feel comfortable with the setup. Joy will send you a simple link for you to access your secure session – just click and begin. All you need to do is have an internet-connected computer with a camera and mic – and you are set to go! If you’re feeling unsure, please contact us. We are a phone call or screen share away from helping you.

3. Prepare for your 30 minutes of personalization.

Simply click the link Joy sends and follow the instructions – and Joy will be waiting for you at the start of the meeting. It’s that simple. With one click, you’ll have a workout and exercise program designed specifically for YOU.
