Make a batch of energy snack bites to keep you going this holiday season!


2 cups of oats

1/2 sunflower seeds

1-1/2 TBS of milled flax seed

1 cup of raisins or no-sugar added chopped dates

2 tsp of cinnamon

1/2 tsp nutmeg

1 cup of creamy peanut butter or almond butter or cashew nut butter

1/2 cup of raw honey

Combine oats, sunflower seeds, milled flax, raisins or dates, cinnamon and nutmeg.

Add your choice of nut butter & honey. Mix together. Use a small muffin/ice cream scooper and create snack bites on a cookie sheet or cutting board. Place in a sealed container and refrigerate!
