St. Patrick’s Day Green Shamrock Smoothie 
A creamy, delicious smoothie that will make your day a little more festive!
Give your post-workout a protein boost with this delicious and festive smoothie!
Serves: 1–2
Ingredients:
– 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
– 1 small frozen banana
– 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
– 1 cup fresh spinach
– 1/4 avocado (makes it creamy)
– 1/2 tsp spirulina or matcha powder (optional for color)
-Add a scoop of protein powder (optional)
– Ice cubes as needed
Instructions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
3. Adjust consistency with more almond milk if needed.
4. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Optional Garnishes:
– Shredded coconut
– Shamrock-shaped fruit cutouts with kiwis
